Teen boy shot and injured in Portland, Oregon

A teen boy was shot and injured in an apparent gang-related drive-by shooting in Portland, Oregon.

From the article:
Police at the scene found the teen with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. It’s believed the shots were fired from a vehicle that sped away.
A little more than an hour later, police got a second shots fired call at N Haight and N Mason. Officers found no victim there, but did locate bullet casings in the street. The two shooting scenes were less than three miles apart.
Simpson said witnesses to each shooting gave a similar description for the vehicle from which the shots may have been fired.
Portland’s Gang Enforcement Unit was investigating both shootings.
