New York teen shot by another teen

Here's yet another in a series of shootings of teens by teens. A 13 year old New York teen shot another 13 year old. From the article:

The shooting happened just before 9:30 p.m. in a home at 8 Keating, the corner of Keating and Liberty Street.

Fort Edward Police Chief Walt Sandford would say only that an accidental shooting was under investigation and he said the details were under investigation.
